Return & Refund Policy

We offer a convenient money back guarantee for digital downloads and a hassle free return policy for printed mosaic posters.

• If you are not satisfied with the results of your mosaic, we will perform edits as required. If you still however are not satisfied, we will issue a full refund. 
• Order cannot be cancelled for prints once buyer confirms and the print is ready.
• In case you receive a damaged shipment, please send us a picture of the shipment with its packaging and your tracking number. After assessment, we shall resend a new shipment or refund the amount. 
• Please note that as the product is personalized, we do not offer refunds for prints for any other reasons except lost/damaged shipment.
